Get Organized and Be Inspired Back by overwhelming demand and timed just right for a fresh and organized start to a new year, we once again kick off our 4Experts series with Wendy Smedley. Wendy is the creative editor at Simple Scrapbooks magazine and co-author with Aby Garvey of the fabulous book, The Organized and Inspired Scrapbooker. Wendy's personable nature and interactive approach to instructing are her trademarks. She will help you discover why and how you craft, and then use that information to guide you in setting up a creative space that will enable productivity. In addition to weekly assignments, colorful handouts, and two scheduled online "Super Saturday" events, you will experience a global community sharing and working together. That Happens to be Your Life Great News! The fabulous and gifted Allison Tyler Jones has agreed to join our expert line up again in 2009. Celebrate the newness of life in April, May, and June (regardless of when spring comes to your hemisphere) as you learn to see your photographic abilities in a whole new light. Allison is a professionally trained and experienced photographer residing in Mesa, Arizona. Allison's vast experience "in the trenches" has earned her a confidence and candor that the serious student of photography deserves. The intensity of this workshop requires a dedicated student who wants to focus primarily on capturing the kind of light and emotion that makes Allison's photography so distinct. Yesterday + Today When we asked our BPS community, "Who do you want to learn from?" we heard a loud and resounding "Ali Edwards!" For this reason, we are beyond thrilled to announce that Ali is scheduled to wrap up our 2009 4Experts series with Yesterday + Today, a course dedicated to telling your story, past and present. Fall is a unique season of fresh starts and fond remembrances, and Ali will help you recognize and commemorate both as you compile a self-affirming life project that celebrates you in the context of your everyday life. Look forward to infusing your fall with all the things Ali believes in: practicing words + photos scrapbooking, embracing imperfection, and going with the flow.
